This place had the smallest dumpster service that we could find, starting at 10 yards, which was perfect for our needs with hauling demolition debris away in prep for a remodel. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other services we looked at. Setting up the delivery/pick up was easy online. They were prompt in delivering in the morning of our first day of rental and left it through the final day, picking up early the next morning. They were very communicative along the process. Will definitely use them again if the need arises!

I shopped around a bit before selecting Junk Pros. They seemed the most on top of it of the people I spoke to. They answered all the questions, got the dumpster here on time, picked up as requested and the billing seemed fair. Very smooth.

Reasonable pricing, fast scheduling, and expert driving in our tight driveway. Highly recommend. I used to use hungry buzzard whenever I would need a dumpster, will definitely be using these guys moving forward

I recently demo-ed two fireplaces and a chimney from my house and needed a dumpster. Not only was Junk Pros able to get me a rock box on short notice, but they were the lowest price I found in my area. Drop off and pick up went seamlessly with the driver being very considerate of my and my neighbors’ yards. I also ended up needing one more day with my box and they rescheduled my pickup with no issue. Next time I need a dumpster I am DEFINITELY going with these guys. Super professional and helpful at a great price! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used them for a demolition job of a second floor suspended walkway leading to a shed entrance. They did a great job and hauled away all debris. All the staff was courteous and professional.This company is very responsive. Called them on Monday and they quickly came out to do a bid. We accepted, and within a couple of days they already scheduled and completed the job! The whole process from first contact to completion was only 4 days!I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. They’re always available when we have questions or need dumpster pickup/drop off, they’re very responsive when the dumpster was put in the wrong place and immediately moved it to the right place. We’ve also used them for junk hauling and that was very convenient to schedule/arrange. Pricing seems competitive. Highly recommend.

Called to have some stuff taken away gave them 2 days notice and everything went smoothly. My driver was Oscar and both loaders were polite and fast. Great company will work with them again in the future.

Timely and honest service. I've used this company's service just for household junk, not a bulk customer or anything. I was impressed with the way things were handled. Would order a bin from them next time I need it.

I had a great experience. Did a lot of research and got several quotes, and they are not only the most affordable; they are also very kind and friendly. It seems customer service in a lot of businesses in Seattle is not a priority, that is not the case with them. Everyone from sales, dispatch, to the driver were kind, prompt, and efficient. There were no hidden fees, misdealing, or shady stuff. Their price was their price. I will use them again! Thank you!

I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs to remove junks. The office staffs were very friendly and professional. The field workers (Young and Charlie) were exactly on time and gave us text messages before they arrive, extremely hard working, super efficient, amazingly thorough and very very friendly. I've worked with many contractors/vendors for my home and real estates, and this company was by far the BEST. For my all junk removal and demolition projects moving forward, I will certainly work with this company. From a super satisfied customer from Newcastle.
