This place had the smallest dumpster service that we could find, starting at 10 yards, which was perfect for our needs with hauling demolition debris away in prep for a remodel. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other services we looked at. Setting up the delivery/pick up was easy online. They were prompt in delivering in the morning of our first day of rental and left it through the final day, picking up early the next morning. They were very communicative along the process. Will definitely use them again if the need arises!

I shopped around a bit before selecting Junk Pros. They seemed the most on top of it of the people I spoke to. They answered all the questions, got the dumpster here on time, picked up as requested and the billing seemed fair. Very smooth.

I recently demo-ed two fireplaces and a chimney from my house and needed a dumpster. Not only was Junk Pros able to get me a rock box on short notice, but they were the lowest price I found in my area. Drop off and pick up went seamlessly with the driver being very considerate of my and my neighbors’ yards. I also ended up needing one more day with my box and they rescheduled my pickup with no issue. Next time I need a dumpster I am DEFINITELY going with these guys. Used them for a demolition job of a second floor suspended walkway leading to a shed entrance. They did a great job and hauled away all debris. All the staff was courteous and professional.This company is very responsive. Called them on Monday and they quickly came out to do a bid. We accepted, and within a couple of days they already scheduled and completed the job! The whole process from first contact to completion was only 4 days!I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. They’re always available when we have questions or need dumpster pickup/drop off, they’re very responsive when the dumpster was put in the wrong place and immediately moved it to the right place. We’ve also used them for junk hauling and that was very convenient to schedule/arrange. Pricing seems competitive. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience. Did a lot of research and got several quotes, and they are not only the most affordable; they are also very kind and friendly. It seems customer service in a lot of businesses in Seattle is not a priority, that is not the case with them. Everyone from sales, dispatch, to the driver were kind, prompt, and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs to remove junks. The office staffs were very friendly and professional.
